We have been extremely pleased with everything about this company prior to the work being completed, during the repairs, and after the work was completed. We needed new roof shingles, gutters installed, and some wooden siding replaced that was rotten. Jonathan responded quickly to our request of obtaining a quote, was very knowledgeable, gave explicit description of work that would be done, answered all of our questions, and was extremely personable and professional. A quote was sent over quickly by the office personnel and it included very detailed notes about the work that was to be done, along with drone photos of our home (which was impressive because it measured the materials we needed and no other company provided that type of a detailed quote.) Crew showed up as expected in a timely manner, they worked steady for long hours each day, and they stayed on the job at our house for several days until the work was completed. Crew was very personable and cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. When replacing the rotten siding, Jonathan saved us a lot of money by matching the paint color so that we did not have to repaint the whole house, which I had originally thought we'd have to do. I was impressed because he matched the color perfectly and I can't tell a difference now that the work has been done. We also had him install gutters on our house that have made a huge difference when it rains as the water is now directed away from our doorways. I highly recommend this company. I am thankful we chose them and will definitely use them for future jobs as well. Score of 10 on a scale of 1 to 5!

While I can't yet speak to the quality of the gutters since they haven't yet stood the test of rain, my experience from consultation to installation was fantastic. When requesting a quote, the inspector came on time and was extremely friendly. I got the quote the same day, and the installation was scheduled for the next coming week. The pricing was great considering the prices that neighbors shared with their installations. We did reschedule the installation due to a project delay on their end, however it was far in advance and flexible, thus no bother. On the day of installation, I was given text updates on ETA and my request of not knocking on the door due to my dogs was followed (normally people tend to overlook this). The installation technicians arrived on time, and were done within a matter of hours. They were respectful to my property and even closed the gate upon leaving (another big point of customer service for dog owners).

I'll update this once I can see how they stand up to Georgias rain, but as of now, they look beautiful and I'd happily recommend them to anyone in the market.

Very professional, good quality materials, hard workers, and it was done in 1.5 days. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or gutter work. These guys know what they're doing.

Unlike other companies who bid on this project, Tailored Exteriors did not try to upsell anything. They actually identified areas that did not need gutters because of the shape of the roof and saved us quite a bit of money. They were extremely polite, did good work, and I would highly recommend them.

Jonathan and his crew gave a quick estimate for whole house gutters. He was very knowledgeable about what my home needed and was able to come out for installation a week later. Super fast service, took less than a day, and it looks great! I can't wait for it to rain to see how great it is!

Tailored Exteriors is the best roofing company I have ever had to deal with. I recently listed a home for sale and the only issue was the roof. I contacted them and told them my situation. They quickly responded and had me a quote in two days. The original time of completion was two weeks. I now have a new pristine roof and it was completed a week ahead of schedule. After a recent storm we had water leaking from roof vents into the house. Called Tailored Exteriors after other roofers said they were too busy to come out. Jonathan answered the phone while on another job. Came out a couple of hours later. Found the problem, fixed it with before and after photos and inspected our roof while he was up there. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and response. Definite keeper for any roof issues in the future.
